I dubbed it Verpflichtet! meaning "committed". 1959 Type 1 Standard. Bought it off Samba in San Angelo. West Texas Rob went and picked it up for me and it's at his house. He is buying my R5 and we are doing the swap at New Ulm. It came with a roof rack and a bunch of extra parts. I already bought a 1776cc motor for it and am ordering a new trans for it with a freeway flyer 4th gear. It's snotty, but I've always wanted a '58-59, so here we go.

How's the interior look?

Better question... Does it have an interior?

It's all there, but as you can imagine from the outward appearence... eh?!?!

All the factory pieces are there, tirm, motor, etc. He has rear pop-outs for it and extra wheels. I am going to put new floor pans, new electics, brakes, etc. in it and the bigger motor and trans and drive the piss out of it. I'm going to make it mechanically perfect. Body is straight as an arrow. Paint may come at some point down the road. More of a Hoodride for now. I can't wait! I think I should be able to do everything I want to it for about $2500.
